How does the process work?

We love the collaborative process! We’re extremely open to pre-selling a house to you that would be delivered fully remodeled and customized just for you!

Step 1

Select which one of our current property locations you love best.

Step 2

Once you’ve selected your property location, the following will happen:

1. We will agree on a general look based off our previous completed projects.
2. From there, you will be able to pick some of the finishes like selection of cabinet options, tile options, paint colors, and other choices to have the home feel more customized to your personal needs and style.
3. We agree on a final sales price and lock it in.

Step 3

We open up escrow, you put down your earnest money deposit, and we get to building your dream home.

During construction, you will be able to stop by the project as much as you want with family and friends or your building inspectors.  Or you can be completely hands off.  It’s totally up to you.

Step 4

As we get closer to the completion date, you finalize your funding so we can close on time.

Step 5

You get the keys to your customized dream home and start enjoying your new home.  This will be one of the closest experiences you’ll get to a custom built house, except it would be a brand new remodel.

The best part is, you don’t have to bid against dozens of people on the MLS and loose out to multiple offers.
